Dwayne, who planted Wellspring Church Charlotte NC in 2007, is now its pastor. He is also a member of Acts 29 Network, where the director is Pastoral Care. Dwayne is driven to train future generations of Biblical counselors. He sits on the Board for Directors of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He has written several online pieces as well as a contributing author in Christ-Centered biblical counseling Change lives through God's eternal truth (eds. Kelleman and Viars). Dwayne and his wife Leslie and their three kids.
